Orders with ready made items will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Made to order items or commissions/custom art processing times will vary with each product. Please check each listing to see individual processing times.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted and all sales are final. However, if your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us through the form below. We are not responsible for damages made through USPS.

We do not ship to the UK or EU through butayart.com. If you are in the UK/EU please purchase from our Etsy shop instead.

If you see something in-stock on butayart.com but don't see it listed on Etsy, please contact us and we can make a custom listing for you.

Please make sure you put the correct address on your order. If the address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Packages delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender is not our responsibility. If the item is returned back to us and you still want the product, you will be asked to pay postage fees again. We cannot resend products if your order is lost due to an incorrect address you provided.
